Our base rate covers properties located central to downtown and up to 1000 sq ft. in size.
Starting at $109*
*Properties larger than 1000 sq ft. will incur a surcharge at 2 cents per square foot. Bookings requiring key pickup will incur a $10 surcharge. Bookings outside of regular office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) will incur a $25 surcharge. Bookings cannot be accepted without a valid credit card.
