Susan is a long term resident of Vancouver's West Side
She completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, in Urban Land Economics (ULE) and Finance in 1986 at the University of British Columbia.
Susan's education entailed a 5 year comprehensive professional business degree, majoring in Urban Land Economics, which included the study of urban and real estate economics, valuation analysis, appraisal, finance, land-law and urban planning.
A successful entrepreneur, specializing in the startups, acting in the roles of Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Director of private and public companies.
Conceptualized and bought ideas to fruition, by developing successful businesses strategies, a very successful local Italian restaurant in 1983, several Tele-Communication & Internet companies in the 1990's, and an Internet related company currently trading on the TSE Venture Exchange.
Developed experience, competence and skills in marketing, negotiation, finance, business management and administration.
Brings to her clients; professionalism, discipline and the analytical background empowering her client to make an informed real estate decisions in confidence.
